E-Guarantee Policy

Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.


Our all spare parts come with 30 days manfacturing defect warranty and customer can get replacement or refund in this period by our E-Guarantee Policy if recived part from buyer is in intact condition without any damage or alteration.


E-Guarantee Policy does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.


All defective items being returned must be packed as we sent to you. Failure to do so may invalidate the E-Guarantee Policy. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier


30 days E-Guarantee Policy will be counted from the date of order and part must be replaced in given time line. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow us "5" business days for our E-Guarantee team to check out your returned items & provide you resolution of Replacement or Refund.


Flex cables,small model touch screen digitizer, opening tools, tapes, adhesive, soldered goods, charging jack, body panels etc doesn't fall in our eligibility criteria of E-Guarantee replacement or refund policy. Please talk to our sales team before buying to stood it properly.


In case Product  is faulty Buyer must notify us by dropping a mail on support@emafiya.com or by calling Customer Care on +91 9334 077770 within 24 hours of delivery time. You can raise your case on our Live Chat system also. Our E-Guarantee team will contact you with in 48 Hrs. Note: This is not applicable on manufacturer warranty products. Product sold under manufacturer warranty should be sent to the respective brands Service Centre for required services.


No Guarantee products we assume No seller responsibility, and we will not accept return or replacement in any case. We are not responsible for yours or your technician’s failure.


No exchange request shall be entertained if you or your technician damages the product during installation of mobile housing, digitizer, Lcd, batteries etc. Our roducts are marked with special signature by us, do not send old/defective items for replacement.


Lcd or Touch Digitizers should be given to a good technician and first it should be tested before installation. Our warranty will end if signed sticker is peel off from display. Peeling of front/back plastic sticker is mean that you are accepting this product as working & satisfied with product. No warranty of the lcd/touch if front back screen guard removed before test or has bubbles inside.
