Our all spare parts come with 10 days testing guarantee and 30 days for manfacturing defect E-Guarantee, customer can get replacement in this period by our E-Guarantee Policy if we recive part from buyer in intact condition without any damage or alteration.

Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.

Spare part should be given to a good technician and first it should be tested before installation. Replacing LCD Display, Touch Screen, Flex cable, Battery or Combo is a technical task and its required technical knowledge. While testing, do not remove any protective screen guard, seal, stamp, signature.   

30 days E-Guarantee give security to that kind of customers who didnt installed or tested the product in given time line of 10 days but kept the product in as it condition. While testing if they found any problems then they can apply for replacement.

E-Guarantee Policy does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of courier service representative.

All defective items being returned must be packed as we sent to you. Failure to do so may invalidate the E-Guarantee Policy. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier

30 days E-Guarantee Policy will be counted from the date of order and part must be replaced in given time line. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow us "5" business days for our E-Guarantee team to check out your returned items & provide you resolution of Replacement or Refund.

Flex cables,small model touch screen digitizer, opening tools, tapes, adhesive, soldered goods, charging jack, body panels etc doesn't fall in our eligibility criteria of E-Guarantee replacement or refund policy. Please talk to our sales team before buying to stood it properly.

In case Product is faulty Buyer must notify us by dropping a mail on support@emafiya.com, Live chat or by calling Customer Care on +91 9334 077770 within 24 hours of delivery time. You can raise your case on our Live Chat system also. Our E-Guarantee team will contact you with in 48 Hrs. Note: This is not applicable on manufacturer warranty products. Product sold under manufacturer warranty should be sent to the respective brands Service Centre for required services.

No Guarantee products we assume No seller responsibility, and we will not accept return or replacement in any case. We are not responsible for yours or your technician’s failure.

No exchange request shall be entertained if you or your technician damages the product during installation of mobile. 

Replacement will be approved on the conditions as mentioned below:

No Broken Seal - No guarantee of the lcd/touch/combo if front back screen guard removed before test or has bubbles inside.
No Pasting - Do not fix the display or any other spare parts on your mobile without test. Fitting means you are accepting this product as working & satisfied with product. 
No Wear Tear - Product should be unused without any physical damage by buyer.
No Different Product - Our products are marked with special seal/signature by us, do not send old/defective items for replacement.
